Working remotely (offsite) handling any/all support issues related to network of sites.
* Handling support tickets/emails promptly
*Report to Team Lead any escalated issues
*Experience regarding support issues such as hosting, site coding, etc.
*Have dedicated (without interruption) workspace at home/office with laptop/computer to login/monitor sites.
*Windows 10 Home/Professional Operating system.
